I'm a Brooklyn-based therapist working with individuals and couples, with a Post-Master's Certificate in Couples Therapy from the Ackerman Institute for the Family, and training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method (Level 2).
Making the choice to seek therapy is a powerful step toward a more fulfilling life. I work with people on marital and relationship difficulties and endings, family conflict, life transitions, and the demands of work and parenting. Many of my clients are high-achieving or analytically-minded, and I work with a lot of fellow therapists who appreciate a deeply thoughtful space.
My approach draws on attachment theory and Emotionally-Focused Therapy. I bring an active, direct, and collaborative style to our work, balanced with a deep sense of empathy, warmth, and respect.
